4 cl Cala Kumquat Vodka
2 cl triple sec
2 cl lemon juice
ice cubes

Garnish:

half a slice of organic or untreated lemon

stemmed Martini glass

Preparation

Preparation

Fill the shaker halfway with ice cubes.
Then pour in the vodka, the triple sec and the lemon juice, in that order.
Close the shaker tightly and shake vigorously for a few seconds.
Pour the mixture into the cocktail glass, making sure the ice cubes remain in the shaker.
Decorate the rim of the glass with half a slice of lemon.
