Cala Cranberry Fever

  • 3 cl Cala Kumquat Gin
  • 2 cl Vermouth
  • 12 cl cranberry juice (without sugar for bitterness lovers)
  • ice cubes


  • 1 slice of kumquat
  • 1 twist of kumquat
  • jigger
  • shaker with strainer
  • Broadway long drink glass
  • Pour all the ingredients into the shaker filled up to 2/3 with ice cubes.
  • Close it and shake it for a few seconds.
  • Remove the lid holding the part with the strainer in place.
  • Serve in the long drink glass, keeping the ice cubes in the shaker.
  • Garnish the rim of the glass with a slice of kumquat and a kumquat twist.
  • Now enjoy the mastered bitterness of this magnificent cocktail.
