Moscow Mule

Difficulty *

  • 4 cl Cala Kumquat vodka
  • 1 cl lime juice
  • 2 dashes of angostura bitter
  • 10 cl ginger beer or ginger ale
  • coarsely crushed ice

Garnish:

  • 1 half slice of lime
  • 1 sprig of fresh mint
  • jigger
  • cocktail spoon
  • stainless steel straw
  • copper mug or long drink glass

Preparation

  • Fill up the copper mug with ice cubes.
  • Then pour over the lime juice, the vodka, the ginger beer and 2 dashes of angostura.
  • Stir well with the cocktail spoon to combine.
  • Add the sprig of mint and half a slice of lime to garnish.
  • Drink through the straw.
