Gin & Tonic

  • 4 cl Cala Kumquat gin
  • 12 cl indian tonic
  • ice cubes


  • 2 or 3 slices of organic kumquat
  • or 2 quarters of orange slice or lemon slice
  • 1 sprig of fresh rosemary
  • optional: a few juniper berries, freshly ground pepper
  • jigger
  • bar spoon
  • old-fashioned glass or large wine glass
  • Cool the glass by rotating some ice cubes.
  • Pour in the Cala Kumquat gin.
  • Put the bar spoon in the glass and pour the tonic along the spoon in order to preserve the bubbles.
  • Slide 2 or 3 slices of organic kumquat and juniper berries into the glass.
  • Gently stir from bottom to top, using the bar spoon, so that the ingredients mix harmoniously and release their aromas.
  • Decorate the rim of the glass with a sprig of fresh rosemary.
  • Enjoy the natural citrus flavours that come out of this gin-tonic like no other.
