- 4 cl Cala Kumquat gin
- 4 cl kumquat liqueur
- 6 cl orange juice
- 6 cl pineapple juice
- 2 dashes Angostura
- ice cubes
- Garnish the rim of the glass with the half of a thin slice organic orange.
- coupe glass 25cl
- Pour all ingredients including ice cubes into the shaker.
- Close the shaker tightly and shake it at least for one minute.
- Pour the drink into the serving glass, making sure to retain the ice cubes with the strainer.
- Garnish the rim of the glass.
