Ingredients

4 cl Cala Kumquat Gin
2 cl liquid cane sugar
juice of 1/2 organic lemon
sparkling water
ice cubes

Garnish:

Garnish the rim of the glass with a long twist of organic lemon. Fix it as you wish.

Accessories

jigger
shaker with strainer
tumbler glass
reusable straw, in bamboo or metal or…

Preparation

Pour the ices cubes and all the ingredients except the sparkling water into the shaker.
Shake for at least one minute.
Pour the drink into the glass through a fine strainer.
Complete to your taste with sparkling water.
